In her spare time she loves; playing hockey, cooking (baking), eating, arts and crafts. In addition to these activities, she also likes to ride on her (racing) bike, this happens regularly to and from work from Rotterdam.

Maarten Dirkse
Maarten Dirkse

Maarten 's loonstrook
Persoonsnr.: 00001
Beroep: Tekenaar

Niels Schouten.
Niels Schouten.

A design engineer specialised in solving technical problems. He eats heavy calculations for breakfast and is not shy for some construction work in our brand new workplace. Next to Industrial Design Engineer he is also a Human Kinetic Technologist and therefore knows how to design products that fit the human body. In the winters you can find him on ice as a speed skater and during the summers he rides his bike through the countryside. When he is tired he will sit down, relax and play some tunes on his guitar.

Guido Ruigrok.
Guido Ruigrok.

Guido is a mechanical engineering student with choice portion Industrial Product Design (IPD). Stabbing a lot of time in a project isn't a problem for him, because the resulting product is always worth it. This also means that he won't refuse a project because of the effort.

Beside his internship and school he is often busy with CAD programs such as Autodesk Inventor, playing guitar and goalkeeping at his soccer team. He also combines his interests, for example; his love for music and his technical view results in a selfmade electric guitar. Furthermore Guido is very interested in aerospace and design. For example: rockets, airplanes, lunar landers etc.

Els Esselink.
Els Esselink.

Els is a designer who is very eager to learn, who likes to do everything as good as possible and preferably slightly more than that. Her roots are in the ‘Achterhoek’ in the Netherlands and she can be found here almost every weekend because next to her study she runs her own business. She designs and makes custom-made furniture and sells it afterwards. In the metal company of her dad, she welds, saws and bends everything by herself, so she can provide every costumer on time. Her business has become her biggest hobby, but she also really likes to sport.

Els is a hard working person. Next to her internship at Fabrique3D she is also busy developing her winning design of a shelter for the Clean Tech region. She is a committed designer, who wants to know all the ins and outs to finally come to an interesting and innovative design.
